If you cancel, the system remains in your account, but ongoing monitoring, updates, and support will stop.
What about complicated calls — quotes, troubleshooting?

It does not replace a technician or provide complex troubleshooting. For more involved situations, it can collect details and pass the lead to you for follow-up.
What are the actual ongoing costs?
The monthly cost is $199/month all-in for management and normal call usage.

This includes monitoring, updates, improvements, and the cost of running the AI system for a typical volume of calls.

In most cases, you won't pay anything beyond that. If call volume goes significantly higher than normal usage, we'll notify you before any additional costs are applied.

There are no additional setup fees after the initial $499.
How do leads and bookings get delivered to me?
When someone calls, the AI can collect their name, phone number, reason for calling, and booking details.

Depending on your setup, you'll receive this through:
  • Acuity booking notifications
  • Email alerts
  • Calendar events
  • A shared lead sheet (if needed)

If deposits or payments are used, those are handled securely through Stripe.
Which platforms do you use?
We use Synthflow for the AI phone system, Acuity Scheduling for booking, and Stripe for payment links or deposits when needed.

The system is set up to be simple, reliable, and easy for you to manage.
Can I cancel the monthly fee?
Yes. You can cancel at any time. The system will remain active in your account, but ongoing monitoring, updates, and support will stop. You would be responsible for managing the system yourself.
What results should I expect?
This system is designed to improve how you capture and respond to incoming calls and leads. Results vary depending on your business, call volume, pricing, and follow-up process.

It does not generate traffic or guarantee bookings, but it helps ensure incoming opportunities are not missed.
